Kawaii Mail : Omar Najam

2 Weeks ago I received a gift by mail from Omar Najam! =D.

My reaction when I got the mail:

This was very special to me I wasn't expecting anything at all , you did so much for me when you worked at Machinima and outside of Machinima too. You are a good friend and we know each other since March 2013! wow! 2 years! and hopefully more to come =).

Thank you for always being so kind and sweet with me. ^^ I never got a water color drawing from anyone XD this is the first one I got and I will always save it in my special folder =).

How to cook Gnocchi

How to cook Gnocchi:

This is a dish that has been on my family for more than 100 years! a recipe passed on from generation to generation until it came to me.

Recipe:

* 6 potatoes

*All purpose flour

*1 egg

* 1 tbs of olive oil

* 1 pinch of salt

Follow the step by step tutorial here watch HD:

Once you mix the flour , egg , potatoes , salt and olive oil this is how the dough should look like:

Once you are done mixing the dough you start cutting it.

Than you gotta shape the Gnocchi against the fork to give it the nice shape. Let it cook in boiling water until the Gnocchi rises to the top.

Travel Edition: Miami

Traveling Tips:

I have to let you know a lot of stores close at

 6 PM!. Restaurants , casinos , and bars stay open at night.

If you want to enjoy Miami to the fullest you need to get up early , later take a nap and than go out at night.

There is a really big Argentinean community there so you will find a lot of restaurants and stores with products from Argentina.

Other communities you might find are from Venezuela and Cuba. Most people speak Spanish pretty much every where in Miami.

My Experience:

My experience in Miami since 1994 until 2011 was pretty good I visited mostly Down town Miami and beaches too.

Miami is a city with palm trees that's how I would describe it.
