How to apply water decals:

Step 1: Cut out the water decal.

Step 2: Place the water decal in a cup of water for 5 seconds.

Step 3: Apply water decal on nail.

Step 4: Use clear nail polish to seal the water decal on nail.

Step 5: Let it dry. Done!.
