The process is easy and takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Cut out the water decals.

Step 2: Place the water decals on a cup of water for 5 seconds.

Step 3: Peel of the water decal and place water decal on your nail.

Step 4: Add a clear nail protector on top.

Step 5: Repeat with the other nails and Done!.

 For the background of the nails I used the following colors:

Blue , purple , orange metallic , green , lilac , and a lot of glitter.

  All you have to do is select a color and once the nail polish is dry add glitter and then the water decals.
