Very easy nail art perfect for any time.
All you will need is:
*Clear nail polish
* Black nail polish
* Glitter nail polish
* Water decals.
* Scissor
* Water cup

Step 1: Apply black nail polish.
Step 2: let it dry , than apply glitter nail polish.
