Mate gourd
Bombilla = straw
(It has to be a metal straw).

Where can you buy these products?
You have to go to a Argentinean or Uruguayan store , sometimes certain Spanish stores carry them.
You can order from Ebay or Amazon and look for mate gourd , bombilla , and the yerba. Some sellers sell all together in a pack for $50 I think.
You can order from online stores from Argentina.
If you go to Miami you can buy at any Argentinean shop they always sell mate gourd and yerba there.
