A lot of people are exited for the new year 2020 being a new decade too!.
It's the perfect time to change or set goals for yourself and to improve your life.
Here are some ways to get started on your goals:
* Make a bullet journal with dates so everyday you reach 1 goal to get done.
It can be as simple as fixing the car , or chores you have to do.
On a bullet journal you can write and draw anything you feel like.
You can organize your day , week, month, and even year!.
*Think of how you want to change your life and take little steps to do it.
Do you want to move to another city , state , or country? then plan ahead on how to get to your goal.
*Get started on your holiday shopping early this year with all the sales going on after the holidays 2019.
* Plan what movies to watch , shows , and entertainment stuff to do.
*If you go to Disney often you can plan ahead your Disney trips and things you would like to do at Disney.
* If you are planning on doing diet make a list of food that is healthy for you and watch your calories everyday. Keep track of how much you weight weekly and your measurements too.
How much you exercise and gym visits per week are also a good idea to add.
*If you want to get a new job or a better position make an action plan.
