The nightmare before Christmas is the perfect Halloween movie and theme as well. To get started this Halloween season I picked Jack from the nightmare before Christmas as my first 2016 Halloween cosplay.
As you can see in the picture below I made my makeup with special holographic effect.
What you will need:
Black cream makeup
White cream makeup
Holographic glitter
Eyeliner (Liquid is better).

Results: 5 stars
The eyeliner lasted all day and it doesn't smudge away at all.
It's very easy to use and perfect to draw too.
It's like a marker shape ^^.
For the lips I used the white lip cream and spread it on my lips with a makeup sponge. After I used the black cream makeup to draw the lines with the ELF angle brush.
After you're done with the design just apply the holographic glitter. I used Fantasy makers holographic glitter.
