The look:

For the hair I used all the Matrix products and pink hair extensions and pink bows to recreate the look.

For the makeup I used false eyelashes , peach color lipstick , eyeliner and pink eye shadow , and blush.

For the clothes I used a pink silk fabric corset to recreate the outfit she is wearing.

The color is similar and top part of the design too.

Step 2: Divide ponytail into 8 sections.

Step 3: Apply Matrix Shape switcher molding paste on each section of the hair.

Step 4: Braid hair.

Step 5: Apply Matrix style fixer to hold the look.

Apply 10-12 inches from hair.

Done!
