Dead Island is an action role-playing survival horror game for Microsoft Windows , Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. 
The game is centered  on the challenge of surviving a zombie infested open world island. Most of the gameplay is built around combat and completing quests. Dead Island is an action role playing game and uses experience based gameplay and character customization.

Dead Island takes place on the fictional Island of Banoi , a lush tropical resort destination located off the coast of Papua , New Guinea.
