The character is from Adventure time series called ; "Marceline" she is the vampiress queen of the under world.
She has pale almost light blue skin , so instead of making my skin color blue I used a metallic gray shade highlighter stick to give the effect.

OGX Beauty sent me this cute mirror with a metallic temporary tattoo. I decided to create a OGX beauty metallic mirror.
All I did was paste the temporary tattoo on the mirror just like I would on my skin, and that's it ^^.
