Here is a easy 5 step tutorial on how to make Sailor Moon Brooch watch HD:
What you will need:
1 plastic yellow or gold circle.
It can be a the top part of Purex fabric softner crystals for laundry.
I used the yellow one just like in this picture:
1 gold nail polish.
1 Pink circle big size or medium.
1 red, blue , yellow , green small circle.
1 Glitter nail polish.
Small gold circles.
Tips & tricks:
*Let it dry at least 2 hours.
* You can glue it to the red bow you will use on your cosplay.
* Make sure to store it in a safe place away from little kids since it has small parts.
